Chris graduated cum laude with a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was recognized with the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and served as a Dean’s Fellow. Further showcasing his commitment to global perspectives, he holds an M.Sc. in Translation Studies from the University of Edinburgh (U.K), specializing in Spanish-English and Russian-English translations. Chris graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in International Relations from The University of Alabama, complemented by minors in Spanish and Russian.

At Chamberlain Hrdlicka in Houston, Texas, he has demonstrated a keen ability in handling complex corporate transactions, including multi-million dollar acquisitions and antitrust filings. His tenure at Latham & Watkins LLP saw him lead diligence project teams and handle high-value M&A transactions. Earlier, at Stephenson Fournier PLLC, he was instrumental in multi-million dollar M&A and commercial real estate transactions, advising on capital structuring and international equity matters.

Known for his meticulous approach to legal documentation and transactional advising, he has played a pivotal role in various high-profile deals. These include the purchase of Mailchimp by Intuit, the serial acquisition of free-standing emergency room and urgent care clinics, antitrust filings for a billion-dollar gas station portfolio company, and the strategic acquisition of real estate for a private Texas university.
