CORPORATE ASSOCIATE

We are looking for a full-time or part-time corporate associate with 3-5 years corporate and M&A experience from a large law firm. The preferred candidate would also have experience working with healthcare clients, have general knowledge of corporate law and experience in formation and structuring of business entities. Securities law knowledge is a plus, but not required. The candidate must be a detail-oriented individual with strong work ethic, high integrity and independently motivated, have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Being a virtual firm, the candidate must also have the ability and desire to work remotely in a dedicated work space.
