SENIOR CORPORATE ASSOCIATE 

We are looking for a senior corporate associate with 8-12 years corporate, M&A and venture financing experience who has built their experience and expertise from a mid to large-sized law firm. The candidate must have experience working with healthcare clients and solid experience dealing with general corporate law issues, such as formation and structuring of business entities and transactions. Venture capital financing knowledge and experience is a plus, but not required. The candidate must be a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, extremely well-organized, high integrity and independently motivated, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Being a virtual firm, the candidate must also have the ability and desire to work remotely in a dedicated workspace. Preference is given to Nashville-based candidates, but residing in Nashville is not required.
