Dan handles a variety of real estate and corporate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, construction and governance. Dan has been practicing law since 2000, in private practice with large law firms Calfee in Cleveland, Ohio, and Waller Lansden in Nashville, Tennessee.  Dan has also served as in-house counsel for real estate developers and currently serves as General Counsel to real estate developer, Dalad Group, which owns and operates over 2 million square feet of commercial real estate in Ohio.  Dan solves problems by viewing issues through the eyes of a business owner and provides legal guidance to management by taking a practical approach gained through his in-house work. Dan attended Ohio State University and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Dan is licensed in both Tennessee and Ohio.
