Henry deals with a variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions, drafting and negotiating leases for both commercial and residential assets. Henry’s clients benefit from years of in-house real estate experience.  Henry served as Associate General Counsel for RMS Investment Group, a Cleveland, Ohio-based family office and real estate developer, where he spent most of his time working on leasing and other legal matters for the Van Aken District mixed-use development project in Shaker Heights, Ohio.  Before that, he worked for Colliers International in Columbus, Ohio in commercial real estate valuation.  Henry also currently serves as Associate Counsel at Dalad Group, a real estate developer, which owns and operates over 2 million square feet of commercial real estate in Ohio.  Henry received his law degree from Ohio Northern University and his undergraduate degree from Denison University. Henry is fluent in both Polish and German.
